Escape to Bella Aireys, a modern, three-level beach house that effortlessly blends style, comfort, and coastal charm. Thoughtfully designed for relaxation, the home features three generous bedrooms—each fitted with plush double beds and premium linen to ensure restful sleep. The master bedroom includes a private ensuite, while the remaining two bedrooms share a well-appointed bathroom on the middle level.
The light-filled interiors include two spacious living areas. Upstairs, you'll find an open-plan lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, and a welcoming dining space—ideal for sharing meals and quality time with family or friends. Downstairs offers a second kitchenette, perfect for groups who value a little extra space and convenience.
Large windows flood the home with natural light, creating a bright and inviting ambiance throughout. Step outside to enjoy two expansive decks—perfect for al fresco dining, morning coffee, or evening drinks. The upper deck comes complete with a barbecue, making outdoor meals a breeze while you soak in the fresh coastal air.

Bella Aireys is a most delightful place to spend a relaxing beach holiday. The house is beautifully decorated with a stunning front deck perfect for sunny mornings and shady afternoons. Plus huge back deck and lovely expansive native garden. We spent many days reading, playing games, socialising and relaxing amongst the spectacular bird life in the surrounding trees. The spacious living areas with lots of cozy spots for curling up with a book or entertaining made it the perfect place to holiday with teens and a nine-year-old. A short walk to the beach, shops, lighthouse is very convenient. Loved it!

The location was great, the house was big with a good layout for a family.
The house has insufficient heating (1 split system for a 3 storey house) for a stay in winter. We were very cold.

Bella Airey's is a great holiday house in a fabulous location. Easy walking distance to the beach, cliff top walks, shops and pub. A lovely backyard and 2 great decks make for easy outdoor living and the house is really well set up for a family to be together lots but have some space when needed.
