for rent apartment classified 2 stars, 1st floor for 2 adults and two children or 4 adults, + 1 baby, recently renovated with a superb view of the Loire and the vineyards, comprising 1 kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, 1 stove with oven and induction hob, 1 washing machine, 1 dishwasher. 1 microwave oven. 1 bedroom with 140 cm bed, 1 children's bedroom with 2 90 cm pull-out beds that can be transformed into a large bed + 1 baby cot, 1 bathroom-WC. 1 dining room living room with fixed sofa, flat screen TV, stereo, unlimited wifi. House located in the city center but in a very quiet street 100 m from the Loire. the entrance to the ground floor of 15 m2 in addition to the floor area allows you to park family bikes, two bikes are available for free for rides on the Loire track by bike.
There is a large interior courtyard to park your car safely; in this courtyard you will have a garden furniture and barbecue in summer.
The apartment is available all year round, heating will be payable in addition to the rental price outside the summer period.
Arrival and departure days are Saturday for weekly rentals but negotiable for weekends outside the summer months.

Nous avions besoin de repos et cela s'est très bien passé!! Il fait calme, on peut se ressourcer après une balade que ce soit en vélo, kayak ou à pied!

Loire In der Nähe, ruhiges Städtchen mit nahe gelegenen Bäckereien und kleinem Supermark. Wir waren mit einem E-Auto unterwegs und haben die örtliche Ladestation (ca. 300 m!!) geschätzt!

Séjour agréable, trés bon accueil. Le quartier est calme, nombreux commerces à proximité. Nous avons apprécié la vue sur la Loire . La location est bien équipée.
Facilité de contact avec le propriètaire pour avoir de plus amples renseignements. Un seul regret séjour trop court.

Excellent accueil, emplacement idéal pour les vins de Pouilly Fume et de Sancerre. Logement propre et pratique. Le stationnement est aussi très commode. Bien positionné au calme dans le village et le propriétaire met à notre disposition des vélos si requis.
