Perfect for a stopover

Friendly, warm and helpful hosts, and a simple but spacious furnished apartment with 3 separate bedrooms (ideal for a family with kids or a group of friends). Pity that we couldn't taste the home-cooked meal because we forgot to book in advance. We could leave the motorbike in a looked garage overnight. Ideal for a stopover.

Neighbourhood is not so nice, but still close enough to city centre and restaurants if you're motorized.

Comfortable base for a skiing trip to Gerardmer, if uou don't mind a bit of daily drive

The apartment is nice, well equipped with everything required for cooking etc. and it is also very comfortable. Parking was also easy. Furthermore, there is all the infrastructure we needed (bakeries, supermarket, gas station, pizza stand on weekend evenings) in the walking distance. The host is really nice and really helpful too. We used the apartment as a base for skiing in Gerardmer, so we did not visit much the city itself. We had a very good time.

Family travelling through.

Great communication from owners and very helpful trying to help us with non contact due to covid-19 and having to quarantine when get home. Very clean, lovely bathroom, quiet area. Large apartment. Parking which was very good for us with our car as we were just travelling through. Bolangeries 400m away which was open early on a Sunday and was lovely. Well located for Épinal.

Very little didn't like, stairs a little steep for young children and unable to flush toilet paper down the loo but that's just a preference and aware its not unusual in many places and certainly not something owners have control of.

A comfortable stop along the road

We booked this place as a stop along our way home. The apartment was just what we needed. The beds were really comfortable, a quiet neighbourhood, there is a dishwasher, a really nice bathroom... We are fully rested to continue our journey home. Thank you!!

Une bonne adresse pour visiter Épinal.

Laurent et Sandrine sont des propriétaires sympathiques, réactifs, arrangeants et disponibles. L'appartement est vaste, bien équipé, propre, décoré avec goût, refait récemment. Possibilité de garer les vélos à l'abri et en sécurité dans un garage. Le centre ville d'Épinal est situé à 25 minutes à pieds. Il est aussi accessible en bus. Possibilité de faire des courses au supermarché Auchan situé à 400 mètres.

Le lit de la petite chambre est peu confortable car le matelas fait un creux au milieu. Il faudrait que le prix payé soit proportionnel au nombre de locataires, 115 euros, c'était un peu cher pour 2 personnes car nous n occupions qu'une chambre sur les trois disponibles. Prévoir quelques capsules de café et quelques sachets de thé serait un petit plus appréciable quand on arrive dans l'appartement à vélo. L'escalier qui mène à l'étage est un peu raide pour des personnes âgées ou handicapées, il vaut mieux le savoir.

Nous recommandons vivement et ne manquerons pas de revenir à l'occasion d'un autre séjour.

Un accueil chaleureux par des hôtes communicatifs. On sent qu'ils ont mis tout leur coeur à rénover et agencer ce logement. La propreté est irréprochable ; le jardinet est très mignon et la literie est très confortable.

Prévoir l'organisation du recyclage et du compost vu qu'il y a le jardin et la place dehors. Je crois que c'est envisagé pour les prochains séjours.

La proximité du centre équestre, les équipements Nous sommes arrivés très en retard et la propriétaire nous a très bien accueillies

Dommage que l on ne puisse pas utiliser la baignoire, sinon tout est très bien
