right next to the traffic circle which makes a lot of noises even windows/balkon are closed, very low connection of wifi, noise from the bar/restaurant below the hotel (if there is event at night, noise can go until midnight)

The staff at the hotel were super friendly right from the start. Breakfast was tasty and the service was quick. Bathrooms were more modern than the rest of the room which was nice. Air conditioning was a welcome relief in the heat wave! Dinner was good.

The room felt a little bare. We had quite a large awkward empty space on one side of the room. The air conditioning was a welcome sight however it made so much noise! we also had to keep the window open to let the hot exhaust from the air con unit, a bit counter initiative. most important there was a weird smell coming from the bathroom.

A cool place with nice vibe

The drive to the hotel was longer than we anticipated, as it is located in a small town over Nice. The road is steep and curvy, but the paysage is worth the hassle! We booked a room with a small balcony on the second floor and the view was beautiful! The place has a cool vibe, with a nice restaurant offering outside sitting and a pretty diverse menu. The dishes we ordered were delicious.

The hotel is situated next to a busy motorway which could be quite noisy at times.

Hotel with potential and nice staff

The staff was very kind. On the other side of the street there are directly a supermarket, a super market and a petrol station.

It wants to be modern, but it an old accommodation with just a few modern / new items (e.g. shower). The pictures are a little bit to glossy and want to indicate a high level hotel. But this hotel has to be renovated in total to become what it wants to be. All in all the potential is given. The nearby neighbour's and the street is very noisy, especially during the night.

Very friendly and though simple, perfectly clean and welcoming. Nice bar with large screen showing the football and pleasant outdoor dining area with garden. Good breakfast with fresh croissants though nothing hot is available. Good coffee. Plenty of parking.

A little oasis in the heart of St. Jeannet.

Breakfast on the terrace is magical. Great and friendly service. Restaurant has very good food and the bar has a nice ambiance. Live music on the weekends, too. Will be back soon... Thanks, Bruno!

Very pleasant staying at The Avocado hotel! Lovely staff, room was basic but very good - clean, very comfortable bed & new bathroom! The centre of Saint Jeannette is a 20 min walk uphill, but totally worth it.

The photos suggested something else than it was, it looked like new on the photos but it was outdated, the room the entrance the lobby etc

Een heerlijk verblijf en voor herhaling vatbaar.

De ontvangst was uiterst vriendelijk. We hadden een mooi kamer met prima bedden. Het ontbijt was Frans, met croissants, baguette en diverse heerlijke marmelades. Daarbij een kan jus d'orange en heerlijke koffie. 's-Avonds ook heerlijk gedineerd. Voor herhaling vatbaar als we weer in de buurt zijn.

Het warme water in de douche bleef lauw.

Kann man empfehlen! Sogar ein Klimagerät war im Zimmer vorhanden.

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Mit Live Musik war der Abend dann perfekt! Der riesige Avocado Baum ist sehr beeindruckend.
