About this apartment rental
Rental of an apartment in st valéry located between the city center port and the old town 30 m from the pier.
It consists of a large living room of 50m2, with 2 sofas and 3 armchairs, a small desk, a dining room table, 3 chairs and 2 stools, a Picardy draft and a 2-body buffet.
the rental is for 6 people. there are 3 bedrooms.
2 large bedrooms each with a large 160 bed, a large closet.
1 smaller bedroom with 2 single beds, a chest of drawers.
In the bathroom there is a sink, a bathtub, a walk-in shower.
Separate WC.
The kitchen has just been redone, it consists of: 1 electric hob, 1 oven, 1 microwave, 1 fridge, 1 freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 electric coffee maker, 1 nespresso, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 oven with squeegees.
An 80 m2 terrace completes the whole.,
On the secure terrace: 2 garden tables with 8 chairs, 2 sun loungers, a garden furniture set comprising a sofa and 2 armchairs, a gas plancha on a cart.
The apartment is accessible by a staircase, the entrance is at street level. individual apartment no neighbors.
the apartment is non-smoking, except on the terrace.
Animals are not allowed.

This is a lovely apartment, very stylishly decorated and well equipped. It’s location in the centre of the town, a step away from the river is excellent. We came as a family of 5 adults for a short break and it worked perfectly. We didn’t know this area and chose it as it is just over an hour from the Eurostar at Calais. We were delighted by it. It has an unusual beauty due to the changing nature of the light and the river. We loved seeing the seals and wish we knew more about birds. The town itself is very attractive and historically interesting . The only disadvantages were that there’s no parking for the apartment. You can park right outside but you have to pay, the other issue was that it was very difficult to find vegetarian food in the restaurant s for our 2 vegetarians. However a great apartment and town and we would certainly like to return.

Perfect location to stay if you want to walk along the riverside, go out to the restaurants and bars and enjoy what St Val has to offer. Only limited by one bathroom but has an enormous terrance to the rear (although rather shaded) is a great place to sit out in the evening and have a BBQ etc.
The host was fantastic and contact in advance of the stay albeit we had slight problems in check in and check out getting hold of the local agents
