200m from the beach and less than 1km from the village and shops of Jullouville, this pretty house comprises a living room, dining area, and kitchenette (oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, washing machine, and dryer) overlooking a pleasant garden. On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom (shower, sink), and toilet. On the second floor, there is a mezzanine with an office and a bedroom with two single beds pushed together. There is a garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue.
