About this apartment rental
Flat of 42m ², entirely done again for nine (end of works July 10th, 2012), any comfort on the 1st floor, with loggia, seen on the sea since the loggia and a part of the living room, with 20m of the beach.
Close to all shops and activities.
1 bedroom well separated from the living space by 2 separating doors. 1 kitchen, 2 large cupboards for storage.

You can take full advantage of the direct access to the beach without having to take the car,
take kitesurfing lessons, rent a Stand Up Paddle,
hiking on foot (or by bike) to St. Lucia or scrubland on the plateau of La Palme, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, salt flats, miles of sandy beaches, Canigou and Corbières (by clear weather, visibility of the Spanish border at Sète)
and you can also visit the surroundings taking advantage of the proximity:
- the wine route, Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne, the Spanish border.
Possibility to reach the city center of Narbonne cycling along the canal de la Robine (car) to reach the Canal du Midi. Similarly, option to join La Franqui along the beach.
- African reserve Sigean
- The pond of La Palme and Grau of the Old and New Leucate (known for kitesurfing spots).

Logement très agréable conforme avec l'annonce. L'aménagement est bien pensé ! La localisation est appréciable. Par contre en pleine saison, je ne sais pas si le stationnement est aussi aisé....

Appart très bien,situé,aménagé, l accès est un peu long couloir, escalier avec portes a fermer a clés mais acceuil tres chaleureux de la propriétaire a recommander
