Appartement très agréable, bien agencé et convivial.
Le seul bémol, ce sont les voisins du 52, très bruyants, sans gêne, faisant la fiesta jusqu'à 1 à 2 heures du matin et jouant au pin long l'après midi comme s'ils étaient seuls.

L'emplacement est idéal. Il reste cependant un problème de propreté de fond et de poussière. Chaque année je le précise mais la literie est à revoir. On peut espérer mieux au vu du prix qui a d'ailleurs bien augmenté cette année.
