The mini villa 'Villa 17' in Santa-Maria-Poggio is ideally situated to enjoy the beaches of fine sand or the mountain (hiking trails in the area) and visit Corsica 'star'.

The ONLY HEATED villa of the residence.
The owner provides all the amenities that you do not miss anything.
The 'Villa 17' is comfortable, light and airy, enjoy the 'crossing' of the villa (windows on each side) to not suffer from the heat of summer and enjoy the natural light without light fixtures.
Enjoy the air conditioning INVERTER diffusing heat or sweet freshness quietly.
You will have directly in the villa with access to WIFI INTERNET and with the box.
32 m2, the 'Villa 17' is on one level, traversing, and East / West exposure overlooking the pools and the mountains. The villa is accessible to people with reduced mobility.

- TWIN ROOM with 2 beds (90x190), 1 linen cupboard and wardrobe, TV flat screen 55 cm. The room has a view of the mountains and the village of Santa-Maria-Poggio, exposure is to the west.
- SALON including a sofa bed with a 140x190 bed, 1 table and 4 chairs, 1 coffee table, flat screen TV 80 cm, 1 small cupboard, 1 large dresser. The living room has a view of the garden and pools, its exposure is to the east.
- BATH ROOM with window (bath, sink, cabinets). It includes a toilet, its exposure is to the west.
Electric towel, hair dryer, bath mat.
- KITCHEN (cupboards, fridge with freezer, ceramic 4 ring hob, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee makers, toaster, kettle, Robot Fresh Express, multifunction robot, mixer, grinder, electric barbecue, ice cream maker , electric knife, electronic scales, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, cloth ...). It has a window overlooking the garden and swimming pools, its exposure is to the east.
- PRIVATE GARDEN PRIVATE TERRACE and equipped with a garden table, a side table, 4 chairs, a large umbrella, its exposure is to the east. You can have all your meals on your deck enjoying the view on the gardens and swimming pools (lit at dusk).

location très propre , tout confort facile d'accès grace au plan détaillé et aux photos. Très bon accueil lors de notre arrivée et départ. Nous recommanderions cette location à un ami. Nous sommes allés à l'ile Rousse et Saint Florent superbe !!! un petit resto bien sympa dans la montagne ou l'on se perd parfois !!! mais cela fait partie des vacances bref un super séjour très ensoleillé

je reviens de 15jours passés dans cette mini villa, franchement j y serai bien restée une semaine de plus,location récente, propre et très fonctionnelle tout y est jusqu a la wifi ( bien appréciable de rentrer de vacances sans son forfait internet explosé....),seul truc qui m a manqué c est un transat ou chaise longue pour faire la sieste en terrasse mais ca j espère que Mme Dubois m en voudra pas c est peut etre mon coté exigeante qui me fait défaut. Sinon meme le coté géographique est intéressant plus proche pour visiter le nord certes, mais qu a 1h30 de Porto Vecchio, donc faisable. En gros je recommande cette location a tous ( personne seule, en couple, en famille ou amis)

Bonne prestation pour des vacances ensoleillées pour deux personnes. Propre et très bien équipé en electroménagers récents. La climatisation est un point très positif ainsi que la machine laver le linge. Le site sécurisé et incluant une piscine sont des atouts supplmentaires.
