About this house rental
Lovers of the sea and nature you will relax in this house located on an exceptional site far from mass tourism.
The house of 120 m2 offers comfortable services; 3 large bedrooms with large closets, a fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. Towels, snorkel masks and beach games are available.
You can enjoy the sea view on the terrace or in the garden in the shade of olive trees.
2 minutes from the sea, the house offers an idyllic panoramic view of the Mediterranean, Cap, Bastia and the Tuscan Islands .... dice the morning you will witness a beautiful sunrise over the Islands.
Down the road you will find a private cove with very welcoming rocks (even for children), and crystal clear water in different shades of blue. A little further pebble beach, and 15 minutes a sandy beach to enjoy the seaside pleasures.
For the more athletic, direct access to hiking trails allow you to quickly discover the wild beauty of Cap Corse, or just a family ride to picking blackberries.
The house is conveniently located 15 minutes from Bastia and less than 5 minutes of Erbalunga, village waterfront (site), with pebble beach, shops, restaurants doctors, dentist.
You can easily explore the landscapes and natural and tourist sites of Haute Corse.
More particularly, Cap Corse having kept a real authenticity with these small villages in stone, you will recognize the soul and the specific character of Corsica.
Attention: A mandatory cleaning fee of 70 euros will be asked for the return of the keys.
The linen (sheets, towels) is not included, but is optional:
-11 euros per person and per week
The same possibility of cot, high chair and booster seat (25 euros per week for all.)

We liked that spacious house with three beautiful bedrooms, bathroom and separated WC a lot. The balcony with its view is stunning. Kitchen and living room are large and well fitted. Fantastic House on a very large property.
Wifi as well as all technical devices worked perfectly.
The concierge, Madame Canioni was extremely friendly and very helpful.
We had a great time.
A little hint: Leave your Lambo at home and take the Mini or Landrover to cope with the road up to the house.

We spent marvelous holidays. The owners were very kind and friendly and we even got a little welcome present when we arrived. The house was very clean and nice decorated. There was enough space for all 6 of us. The house holds anything you need, even q tipps coffee and other food. On the balcony you have the most beautiful view on the ocean. Everything was perfect. We will be back some day.

Location spacieuse, très bien équipée, une belle vue sur mer en hauteur très calme,
Accès à la mer à pied pour les plus sportifs (rochers plats) tout en bas du chemin (120m de dénivelé 20min environ) et aussi au village d’Erbalunga (env 20min aussi)par un chemin
Le cap Corse est sauvage et préservé , moins de touristes comparés à l’île Rousse, on a bcp apprécié !

Tolle, ruhige Lage mit super Ausicht. Anfahrt zum Haus ist sehr steil und hat nicht viele Möglichkeiten zum kreuzen. Am sonsten ein sehr gutes Ferienhaus.
