It is next to the departure of the gondola Roc des 3 marches and chairlift Ménuires.
The apartment is in a quiet building, 3rd floor, with elevator. It is oriented to the south, facing the mountains, including the Mass and the Cime Caron, in the foreground the small club Piou-Piou.
The apartment has a living room, a bedroom and a sleeping area, separated by sliding doors fitted. The living room and bedroom have a large window with view of the mountains. When the sliding doors are open during the day, you can enjoy a single large room of 27m2. And when we close the evening, you can enjoy the night of 2 separate bedrooms.
There are 6 beds: 1 double bed 140 * 190 in the sleeping area, 2 single beds 80 * 190 folding bunk + 1 double sofa bed 140 * 190 in the room. And possibly 2 sofa beds in the living room.
The kitchen is open to the living room, it is equipped with a large fridge freezer with true 1 and an electric stove (1 oven and 4 hot plates) and dishwasher.
The bathroom is large with 2 sinks, a large bathtub and a washing machine. The toilets are separated.
The apartment is equipped with a large 9m2 balcony, south facing and sunny all day, with open views of the mountains.
In the basement, a ski locker provides space for skis securely, accessible by elevator. Ski boots can be mounted at the apartment, and stored in the entrance closet.
