About this chalet rental

Le p'tit Bûcher is a small chalet in the heart of the village of PRAZ at an altitude of 1350 m from the prestigious resort of Courchevel in the vast ski area of the 3 valleys. chalet for 4 to 6 people of great comfort where old wood is in the spotlight. 80 m2 living space on 3 levels. ground floor: open kitchen living room with fireplace, level 1: 1 bedroom with bathroom, level 2: 1 bedroom with mezzanine and bathroom. a sauna in the basement. sheets and towels included.
In winter season from November to April, covered parking for one car and end of stay cleaning are included.
The chalet is located 400 m from the ski lifts (5 -7 minutes on foot) and 50 m from the shops.

Lovely, homely chalet

Warm, cosy and comfy chalet in a great location. Everything you need on the doorstep in this unspoilt village with easy access to the slopes. Close to a great bar but very peaceful and quiet. Views of the mountain from the little garden. Will definitely be back to stay here again, thank you to helpful owner.

Wir haben mit zwei Paaren unseren Skiurlaub in der Unterkunft verbracht. Die Skilifte sind fußläufig gut und dank eines Skidepots auch bequem erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Chalet war mit zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern und Badezimmern ideal für uns. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Sauna ist nach einem anstrengenden Skitag ein echter Gewinn. Der Ort Le Praz ist im Vergleich zu den Hauptorten im Skigebiet noch ursprünglich und nicht überlaufen. Das hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt ist das Chalet sehr zu empfehlen.

Très bon accueil, une situation idéale en plein centre du Praz Courchevel qui en été est à privilégier vis à vis des autres stations de Courchevel car ça reste animé notamment grâce aux locaux. Tout le confort pour passer un très agréable séjour.

Petit chalet très joliment décoré et parfaitement bien équipé et situé au cœur du village. Un étage pour les parents et un étage pour les enfants. Une cheminée très agréable. Des propriétaires disponibles et très gentils et aux petits soins. une décoration de Noël superbe dans toutes les pièces. Nous reviendrons c’est certain

Très bon séjour en famille

Chalet très joliment décoré et très bien équipé. Pièce à vivre un peu petite (pas gênant en été car il y a un petit terrain mais probablement plus gênant en hiver si plus de 4 personnes). Grandes chambres et salles de bain. Au cœur du village typique de la région. Excellent séjour estival en ce qui nous concerne dans ce logement.

Une trés belle location dans un petit village typique à l'écart des nombreux hotels de Courchevel. Ce chalet authentique offre tout le confort que l'on peut se souhaiter. Les propriétaires sont autant discrets que sympathiques et accueillants. En résumé, de très belles vacances avec en prime, une météo exceptionnelle pendant les 2 semaines du séjour.

Chalet très agréable et ensoleillé, avec une décoration dans l'esprit montagne appréciée. Tous les équipements dans la cuisine,les salles de bains, les chambres, sont de qualités. Très bonne isolation phonique entre les étages et situation au calme dans le village. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Je recommande cette location.

C'est un chalet très cosy, très bien conçu et merveilleusement bien décoré. L'emplacement du chalet est idéal pour visiter Courchevel le Praz , village alpin authentique avec commerces de proximité de grande qualité ( restaurants aussi très bons), mais aussi pour se rendre à Courchevel 1850 par la télécabine située à 5 minutes du chalet. Pas de problèmes de stationnement puisque le propriétaire peut aussi vous proposer un emplacement au parking couvert tout proche. La propriétaire qui nous a reçus est très sympathique et nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de chaleur. Je recommande cette location.

Wir haben zu fünft (2 Erwachsene, 3 Jugendliche) eine herrliche Zeit in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Bilder und Beschreibungen sind absolut korrekt, die Vermieter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zum Bäcker sind es nur wenige Schritte, auch die Seilbahn ist gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir haben uns von Anfang sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Accueil charmant. Photos réalistes:menuiseries superbes et talent certain de couturière chez la propriétaire. Le Praz est un village encore typique et tranquille,les remontées ne sont pas loin.Pas de soleil l'après-midi dans la station.La table de grand-père est effectivement une bonne adresse.Le propriétaire propose des rando raquettes.
