Holiday house located 700 meters from the beach, the harbor, the town center and small traders.
Recently built, with an area of 62 m2, it is bright, functional and separated from the garage by a closed garden.
It is ideal for a family with children (pets are allowed: dog or cat).

From the kitchen you have direct access to the garden and the garage by the terrace. Facilities, garden furniture: table, chairs, umbrella, deck chairs and barbecues (1 coal and 1 electric). The garage can store bicycles, business houses the washing machine and a second fridge. Above the garage, a THIRD room is accessible by a retractable staircase ideal for young people who want a little independence - African decor.
