Close to the city center of Orange (15 minutes on foot), the countryside, the golf, this fully renovated farmhouse, offering calm and refinement, will be the ideal place to combine a relaxed lifestyle and discovery of the many tourist sites of this splendid region.
Located on the first floor of the farmhouse, our 'authentic' accommodation has a traditional and elegant decoration. It has a spacious living room of about 30 m2 with tv, and bz (double bed), a fully equipped kitchen, separate wc, a 1st bedroom with a 160 cm bed for two people. and its bathroom with Italian shower and sink, a 2nd bedroom with air conditioning, (separated by a small corridor) with a bed for two people. in 160 cm and a bed for one pers. , a bathroom with sink, shower and wc. It has a terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs, overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
You will have a large garden with trees and flowers, shaded areas, pergola, barbecue, fountain, lots of charm, private parking, and you can rest and enjoy the sun by the 12m x 6m swimming pool m.
Possibility of folding extra beds and baby equipment. Electric heating, sheets, towels and tea towels provided, washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board available, wifi connection, animals allowed under certain conditions.
