Area of 2500 m2 where there is also the main house for rent. The 2 lodgings are well independent from each other.
Address: 430 avenue de Mimizan - 40200 Pontenx les forges, landes, downtown, close to all amenities.
10X5 pool, ping pong table, 12X5 ball court, about 10 bikes: shared use with owners or tenants of the big house.
10 minutes from Lake Aureilhan - Mimizan / 15 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean (Mimizan beach)
Close to Biscarosse, Gastes, Parentis, Sanguinet, Contis, Lit et Mixe, Vielle Saint Giron
Landes forest, cycle paths (to the ocean), hiking trails
Rental possible only from Saturday to Saturday during the high season.
Located at 0h50 from Arcachon (and dune du Pilat), 1h10 from Bayonne and 1h15 from Bordeaux
150 euros cleaning fee if it is not done at the end of the stay.
For weekend rentals the night is 150 euros.

Une maison très bien avec de super équipements piscine terrain de pétanque machine à laver climatisation...

Très bon séjour à Pontenx. Très bien accueillis par Fanfan et Alain.
Propriétaire disponible pour questions.
Boulangerie toute proche est un plus. Avons profité des vélos et de la piscine.
Un bon cocktail pour passer un très bon séjour.

We had a good stay, swimming pool was Nice, the hoast was correct and helpfull. Only it was not that quiet because of the road nearby and surrounding companies.
