About this house rental
Senior Lounge
It is an independent wooden house, classified furnished with touristy "Lounge" atmosphere, entirely built by your host, at the end of 2017. It offers an ideal location, at an altitude of 225m, in the south-west of Reunion, in the town of Etang-Salé.
The house, independent, not overlooked in a private property, located in a very quiet cul-de-sac, offers you a 180 ° panoramic view of the sea and the mountain, from your bed and from the whole accommodation.
A magnificent large private terrace of 35 m2, furnished (1 table with 4 armchairs, 1 table with 4 bistro chairs, 2 deckchairs, 1 parasol), also allows you to take advantage of this exceptional panorama.
(A barbecue is also at your disposal).
The house, designed for 1 to 4 people, (additional person: consult me) is made up of:
* a main room (very comfortable convertible sofa with 2 places),
* a mezzanine (double bed),
* an equipped kitchen.
* a bathroom with toilet.
Animals are not accepted, the interior is non-smoking, but it is possible to smoke on the terrace.
1 parking space, and WIFI access, are available free of charge.
Common washing machine (with the second accommodation).
* Minimum reservation of 2 nights *

10/15 minutes from your accommodation, you will find:
- 1 diving center,
- the beach and the salt pond golf course,
- shops, restaurants, and the Etang-Salé forest (walks, jogging, fitness trail ...),
You can reach St Pierre or St Leu in 20 minutes, St Gilles les Bains and its lagoon in 30 min.
It will take you 1 hour to get from the airport.
The famous Piton de la Fournaise is accessible in 1 hour 30 minutes.
The mountain and its walks are also nearby.(Mont Tévelave, Cilaos, Les Makes: tree climbing and its star observatory ...)
Friends divers, beginners or confirmed: I am Guide de la Mer, independent diving instructor certified by state with more than 20 years of experience (Nice, Antilles, French Polynesia ..) and I would be delighted to supervise you, and d '' organize for you, your dives on all the sites of the west coast of Reunion. (private dives at a very attractive price 60 Euros / pers)
For your comfort and relaxation, you can also make an appointment at your place of residence for various massage services:
Thai, Swedish massage, Plantar reflexology (professional masseuse)
A second accommodation, meeting substantially the same criteria (1 to 4 people), is also available, if you are several to travel together. (ad title: "Grand Lounge Tiyanao 2" on this same site)

PLEASE NOTE: the Mezzanine and the terrace in height require the greatest vigilance as regards the supervision of small children, who remain under your entire responsibility. (children under the age of 7 cannot stay alone). cleaning is not included during and at the end of the stay. If you do not wish to clean the day of your departure an additional 30 Euros will be required.

Location conforme en tout point au descriptif bénéficiant de tout le confort et jouissant d’une superbe vue sur mer.
Merci à Laurent pour nous avoir permis de réceptionner la location plus tôt et de nous avoir fait profiter de ses bonnes adresses.

Nous venons de passer un excellent séjour inoubliable dans ce logement.
Le logement est très propre, lumineux et fonctionnel mais surtout il a une terrasse "de ouf" sur laquelle nous avons pu prendre déjeuners et repas face à la mer, ce qui est très très agréable ! En plus, la terrasse (sans vis-à- vis) est entourée de végétation (bananiers et palmiers) permettant l'observation des petits oiseaux.
Le logement est très bien situé proche des commerces et de la plage. De plus, à partir de l'Étang salé, on peut rayonner facilement vers le sud sauvage, la plaine des palmistes, les cirques de Cilaos et Mafate et le Nord-ouest.
Je terminerai en remerciant chaleureusement Laurent pour son excellent accueil. Ce fût un réel plaisir de pouvoir échanger et discuter ensemble!
Nous lui souhaitons une bonne continuation et n'hésitez pas à réserver, vous ne serez pas déçus!

Ravis de ce logement. Un propriétaire sympathique, à l'écoute de nos besoins et très humain. Le logement niquel tout y était nous avons passé avec nos deux filles un très bon séjour.
