About this house rental
In ORX, 10 minutes from the beaches of Capbreton, Hossegor or Labenne, we offer for your holidays this very bright house in a very quiet location with 180 m2 at your disposal and a large garden
The house is equipped for 12 people, baby equipment can be provided free of charge on request (bed, high chair, changing mat ..).
Ground floor: 60m2 living and dining room (television, 2 sofas , 1 armchair, 1 large table and 1 side table), large fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, vitro hob ceramic, oven, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all the necessary dishes), a cellar with storage, washing machine, combined fridge freezer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board., 1 shower room, 1 WC and a very large terrace. Upstairs, 4 bedrooms from 15 to 30m2 (2 with 1 double bed, 1 with a double bed and 1 single bed and 1 pull-out bed, 1 with 5 single beds, 1 bathroom (bath, shower and washbasins), 1 bathroom (shower and basin) and 1WC.
Available, swing, hut, ping pong table, barbecue, clothes horse
The owners' house is on the same plot, the living areas being on different sides. The owner's swimming pool (9m x 4m) fully secure (wire mesh to standards with security gate) can be used until 8 p.m.
Nearby, bird sanctuary, surrounding forest, magnificent beaches, golf courses.
10 km: Capbreton Hossegor, 20 km: Bayonne, 65 km: Spain
Arrival at the scene from 5 p.m., departure before 11 a.m.

Maison idéale avec des jeunes enfants : toboggan, balançoire, jouets et vélos a disposition, grand jardin. Brigitte est très sympathique et très réactive. Elles nous a envoyé le programme des sorties et activités aux alentours. La maison est spacieuse et décorée avec goût. Cependant elle est isolée mais l'annonce ne précise pas que les propriétaires habitent la maison juste à côté.

Super maison spacieuse et équipé vec piscine
Les propriétaires sont très agréables et savent répondre aux problèmes techniques
Attention il peut faire très chaud dans la maison lors de fortes journées de chaleur
