an independent bedroom with a double bed overlooks the terrace, with a view of the garden, facing south
The main room is equipped with a fitted kitchen, equipped with a large oven, a microwave, an electric coffee maker, a SENSEO, a toaster, open to the living room which includes a BZ sofa in 140 with high quality bedding. Its full east exposure allows you to enjoy the sun in the morning. and breakfast on the terrace which goes around the apartment (see photos)
A small clearance overlooks
-a small cellar including the washing machine and a freezer,
- the bathroom with Italian shower, heated towel rail
- an independent toilet.
Each room has a window facing the outside.
The East-South exposure is particularly pleasant. a barbecue is at your disposal as well as deckchairs
Linen (towels and tea towels) is provided free of charge. Sheets and duvet covers are provided, the bed is made.
maintenance products are provided.
a deposit of 150 € (check which will not be cashed) is requested on the day of your arrival.
the apartment is located at the end of a dead end, 136 m from the road. this distance ensures great tranquility.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut für zwei Personen geeignet. Für vier Personen ist die Wohnung zu klein. Das im Inserat angegebene Schlafsofa im Wohnbereich lässt sich leider nicht ausziehen. Die Internetverbindung in der Wohnung uns auf der Terrasse ist sehr schwach. Bis auf diese beiden Kleinigkeiten waren wir sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Es ist sehr ruhig, sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zurückhaltend. Die Unterkunft können wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

nous avons séjourné dans cette location début aout 2011, ce fut très agréable. La location est très lumineuse et propre. C'est très agréable de manger sur la terrasse et les enfants ont de la place pour jouer sur la peluse.
