Apartment of 38 m2 comfortable 1 bedroom, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, dining room, living room with sofa 'rapido' on the 2nd floor plus 2 terraces with tables and seats facing the sea, the other facing the mountain. Garage in the basement with elevator. Direct access to the swimming pool and the sea with no road to cross. All shops nearby, walk along the sea for 4 km.

L appartement est idéalement situé proche des petits commerces, face à la mer (et en retrait des animations bruyantes et nocturnes localisées à environ 1 km).
Celles ci pouvant être rejointes très facilement en se baladant le long de la plage bordées de boutiques et de divers restaurants.
L appartement est de plus fonctionnel bien équipé et joliment décoré (les photos ne lui rendent pas hommage)
Le box pour garer votre voiture est plus qu indispensable, pas simple de se garer dans les environs..
La plage elle même est propre et surtout on ne s est pas retrouvé les uns sur les autres.
La résidence dispose d une piscine privée très agréable.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location et ce d' autant que vous serez accueillit par un gardien fort sympathique.
