The Manitou cottage met the description for amenities, space, and location.Communication with property managers was great.
We used the shared private beach & firepit 5 of the 7 days we were there. The Lake Sutton Bay Village had great restaurants, shops & rentals for kayaks/ paddle boards/ boats etc. Very convenient for trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park, Wineries in all directions & Traverse City.was a short drive. Would definitely stay here again.!

We really enjoyed our stay at the home. It had everything we needed, was directly on the most beautiful part of Suttons Bay, and was easy walking distance to town. Great house, great experience overall.
No complaints and very thankful to the owners.
If I had to call out anything to be aware of: it is directly on the M-22 highway, and directly adjacent to a public park, which makes access easy but also reduces privacy. We also paid a crazy amount for the house since we wanted the 4th of July week, but it was not cheap!

The house was in a good location for the wedding and was adequate for the family members that stayed with us. It was great being on the lake and within a short walk to Sutton's Bay restaurants, etc. Great for a family gathering.

This wasn't a private home or beach as I had hoped (and for the price). The small beach area is shared with 3 other cottages and the property has a partial road/trail thats heavily used that runs through the property. It could use some furniture and cleaning updates but was a great location walkable to town and was good for a long weekend with family.
