The ground floor 3-room apartment is laid out with laminate, the bathroom tiled. The living room has. u. a. a comfortable seating area with a sofa, a cozy wing chair with footstool and a dining area. A flat screen TV is naturally present. In the larger of the two bedrooms overlooking the beautiful garden there is a double bed (1,80 x 2,00 m) and a larger closet, the smaller bedroom has a farnzösischen bed (1,60 x 2,00 m) and a closet furnishings. There is also in the apartment, of course, a shower room / WC and a separate fully fitted kitchen with ceramic hob and oven, coffee maker, kettle, microwave, fridge freezer and plenty of dishes and cutlery. From the living room leads to the south facing terrace. Here you can have your meals at the garden table in good weather and if you do not want to go to the beach, you can relax on your sun loungers. The beds are made upon arrival, towels can be rented if required. Should there be overcrowding on the part of the guests in the apartments, an overnight surcharge of 10, - € per person will be charged.

The apartments all have a south-facing terrace where you can have breakfast in the morning sun, take a nap on a comfortable couch at lunchtime, and serve your family or friends with treats from the grill in the evening. In addition, our several thousand square meters large park-like garden is a wonderful place to relax and play for you and your children. In our well-kept and homely apartments you will feel good.
