About this house rental
It is a small vacation home nestled between the sea and the marshes, near Kerdandec, at the edge of a large garden that shields it from the street and leads to a path.
We can walk to Cabonnais Beach (200 m) or, via a small path, to Sorlock Beach (300 m), the salt marshes, or the picturesque hamlets of Kerdandec and Quimiac, a small family resort.
It is very bright and very quiet, simple and cheerful. The flower garden is surrounded by hedges, shrubs, meadows, and pine trees on a large 1,600 m² lot.
Its location in a rugged area, surrounded by gardens and set back from the road, makes it a green oasis just a few steps from the beach.
In front of the house is a sunny terrace and a shaded lawn for dining and relaxing in the great outdoors. The lawn is perfect for playtime for young and old alike.
Completely renovated in 2010, the 40 m² house features two separate rooms:
- Kitchen/living room
- Bedroom with a mezzanine
Wi-Fi connection
Sleeping arrangements: one double bed in the bedroom; two single beds on the mezzanine.
The house is very comfortable: stove + range hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator, freezer. Shower room. Toilet. Heating in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom.
Kitchen equipment is plentiful and makes meal preparation easy.
The decor is simple and warm, and you feel surrounded by lots of greenery.
The house is very easy to maintain.

Just the right size for 2 adults and our teen daughter. Pivate garden with BBQ and outside furniture. Well equipped kitchen with microwave, large fridge freezer and even a dishwasher.
Beds comfy, bring your own sheets etc and continental pilliwcases.
Nice touches like d/w tablets, bbq charcoal etc
Super convenient for a number of beaches.

Wir haben unser Nest sehr genossen: ruhig, alles da, was wir brauchten, großes Grundstück, Nähe zum Meer. Wir würden wiederkommen.

kleines helles Haus mit großem Garten nahe am Meer, ruhig in toller Umgebung gelegen, nett und perfekt eingerichtet, Mme Evette sehr freundlich und unkomplizierte Übergabe des Hauses.
Nur dass wir den Müll der letzten 5 Tage selbst entsorgen mussten, fanden wir umständlich.Vielleicht kann das anders organisiert werden?
Gern kommen wir in dieses Haus zurück!

Très bon contact avec la locataire. Gîte très lumineux, grandes surfaces vitrées, mezzanine robuste, pièces bien aménagées, décoration discrète et de très bon goût, informations pratiques fort utiles communiquées par la propriétaire à la remise des clés, gaziniere, lave vaisselle et machine à laver comme neufs. Très propre, bien entretenu, des consommables mis à disposition (savon lessive, lave vaisselle, éponge, torchons) ce qui est très rare dans la pratique. Une très bonne expérience de location.
