The Penthouse Maui, our luxurious 2,824-square-foot vacation rental, sits directly above the golden sand and shimmering surf of Kamaole Beach II in the heart of sunny Kihei, Hawaii. Whether you’re celebrating with family, vacationing with friends, or simply seeking a peaceful and private alternative to a high-end hotel, The Penthouse Maui is an ideal home base for your tropical getaway.

Our penthouse sleeps up to 10 people. Five well-appointed bedrooms with luxurious linens, high-definition smart TVs, and ample storage ensure that everyone has their own quiet, personal space. The three king bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, while two queen bedrooms share a full bath.
The gourmet chef’s kitchen has everything you need for easy entertaining, including two full-size refrigerators, a dedicated ice maker, and plenty of counter space. At mealtimes, gather in the ocean-view dining area; the 10-seat dining table has enough room for everyone.

Michael met us at the property for an orientation. He covered everything about the condo from kitchen & laundry facilities to TVs and WiFi and how to open up the window wall. There were 2 huge baskets of fresh fruit & crunchy munchies. He could not have been nicer to us.

We had such a fun and carefree stay at The Penthouse Maui! Michael was the perfect host, offering such kind hospitality throughout our reservation process and our arrival and departure times. The condo was beautiful, fully equipped with EVERYTHING you might need while on vacation. Bedding and mattresses were super comfortable in every room, kitchen was fully stocked, there were tons of things to use at the beach, and the ability to open up space to the lenai was just perfect. The views from the condo are truly stunning! We spent so much time just enjoying the outdoor space. You don't want to miss the fresh catch from the South Maui Fish Company food truck, which is only a mile away! It's so good!!! Mahalo!

Absolutely loved this place and the host! Everything was perfect and the amount of amenities was incredible. This place literally had everything we needed. Like everything! The luxury of a 5 star Hotel and comfort of being in a well kept home. 1000% would recommend and will be staying here again! 100/100
