About this house rental
Near Ajaccio, in an exceptional environment, 15 minutes from Lava beach, and at the foot of the hiking trails, this old stone building, completely renovated in 2016 welcomes you in the heart of the small typical village of Appietto, 440 m above sea level.
You will discover a quiet village in a cordial atmosphere.
The house (35 m²), on two levels, is equipped with every comfort for four people.
Ground floor: a living room-kitchen of 18 m² and a terrace overlooking a small square, a convertible sofa for two people.
Upstairs: a large bedroom of 12 m² and a bathroom.
Bedding and linens are provided.
The accommodation's equipment includes: Wifi (free), television, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, small household appliances, garden table and plancha.
It is not suitable for our animal friends. For the comfort of all, smoking is prohibited inside.
Many outdoor activities are practiced in the nearby surroundings: diving, sailing, kayaking, jet-skiing, sea trips, paragliding, canyoning, hiking, via-ferrata, tree climbing, tennis and golf.
At 3Km: bakery, mini-market, tobacconist, hairdresser, bar-restaurants, medical office and pharmacy.
15 minutes from Lava beach, you are 20 minutes from the city of Ajaccio, 29 minutes from Ajaccio Bonaparte airport and the ferry terminal.

Superbe parenthèse de trois jours dans petit village d 'Appietto.
Atypique avec son accès direct sur la petite place.
Appartement sur équipé et acceuil très chaleureux et petite intention de Danièle et Gérard !

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par nos hôtes. Le gîte est très cosi, bien équipé et décoré avec goût.
Nous savions que le logement n'était pas climatisé mais nous pensons qu'il mériterait de l'être.
Petit bémol, une maison de village s'est construire à droite du logement, ce qui n'apparait pas sur les photos et du coup réduit la vue.

la photo ne montre pas la proximité des autres habitations pas très intime pas de climatisation alors qu il faisait très chaud maison trop petit à trois par contre Daniele et Gerard sont sympathiques lieu trop loin des autres villes plages aux alentours très petites
