About this house rental
The house is located between the places Obdach and St. Wolfgang at about 1100 meters above sea level idyllically surrounded by woods and meadows. It offers approximately 140 square meters of living space for up to 10 people in two separate units for 6 or 4 people, each with 2 rooms and bathroom and toilet. Kitchen and lounge are shared.
The kitchen is modern with fridge, electric cooker, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine. The kitchen has a balcony for breakfast in the morning sun.
In the common room there are TV (SAT), books and board games.
Internet is available throughout the house via Wi-Fi at no extra charge.
Likewise, pets are welcome.
In the garden there is a small children's playground, a brick barbecue and garden furniture. Parking for 3 cars directly at the house.
Activities in winter: In the winter, the ski areas Rieseralm (4 lifts) and shelter invite you to enjoy the slopes in the immediate vicinity. The ski areas on Klippitztörl, on the Koralpe, on the Salzstiegl or on the Gaberl can be reached in half to an hour's drive.
The Zirbitzkogel is a very popular destination for ski tourers. Numerous routes lead to the summit.
Also friends of cross-country skiing and tobogganing get their money's worth. Finally, the snowy landscape invites to romantic winter walks or walks.
Summer activities: Summer activities: In summer, the Steirische Zirbenland is a hiking paradise with 330 km of marked trails and offers a variety of paths for the sporty and comfortable.
