Built in a traditional Thai style, the wooden houses at Coconut Sands offer modern comforts across two floors. The upper floor features the bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor are another bathroom, as well as the living room and dining room.

Lovely traditional teak home with great pool and a million dollar view of the Gulf of Thailand. I was surprised by how hot the house felt as there was no A/C in common areas. On the bright side, bedrooms each had separate units and were comfortable to sleep in at night. It took us a few days to adjust to the heat. Renate was very kind and accommodating. Guests should be aware that there are sugar ants on the property, both upstairs and downstairs. Property owner plans to address it. Overall it was a unique and unforgettable experience to stay in a traditional Thai-style house on the beach and I have no regrets!
