Valley s Place, perfect home for longer stays in SE Arizona, bright & airy.

Valley set up a space behind a screen for laundry. She has ironing board with irons. She also offers just about every kitchen appliance you would want. The outside area is relaxing with comfy chairs. The birds sang away which added to peace. There are good walking dogs streets and some dirt ones. The place has great beds, hot shower. Lots of sky lights. She provdes bath robes. She even has zip lock bags,foil and waxed paper. Found everything i needed. It is rhe very best rental i have even stayed in.

In a quiet neighborhood yet conveniently located to many scenic attractions. This house had everything you could possibly need while away from home. Will definitely stay there again. Very kind and attentive hosts, great job Valley and Steve!

My spouse and I really enjoyed our stay at this property! The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked! Especially the spice cabinet! We appreciated the vibe of the backyard and saw cardinals, hummingbirds and more! My only wish would have been to see the bird feeders full. The birds came, but didn't stay long because of this. Other than that, we had a groovy time!

My husband and I rented this property while on vacation in southern Arizona . I was excited that this property was pet friendly in the listing on VRBO, since we were bringing our two small dogs with us. The description in VRBO stated that there was a large fenced in backyard which was correct. However, it did not mention that the yard was not well-maintained and had a serious fire ant problem on the property grounds. My pets could not even go out in the yard to potty due to the overgrowth of prickly weeds and fire ants. The living quarters in the house were well maintained and clean. However the situation with our pets made it impossible for us to stay at this location. We spent one night on the property and left the next day. The owners stated that they were sorry that our pets could not adjust to the Arizona terrain. However, the owners were well aware months in advance that we would be bringing our pets. I feel that improvements should have been made prior to our arrival. I would not recommend this property to anyone with pets or small children.
