The comfortable 2-room apartment OG 1 is located on the first floor of Villa Germania only 40 meters from the beach. It has a combination room with a double bed, a dining area and an integrated, fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The bathroom has a shower and a toilet. The living room with a comfortable seating area is located in the closed, glazed porch and here you have a beautiful, unobstructed lake view. A parking space is available on the property free of charge and your bicycles can also be accommodated on the property in a separate storage room. All apartments in the Villa Germania have password-protected DSL-WLAN Internet access (device-bound, Euro 1.50 per day and device). The apartment also has a beach chair on the beach access directly in front of the villa, which you can use free of charge from May to September.
