The location and the amenities.
The neighborhood was too lonely.

The AC and the WIFI.
The host provided touristic and cultural information about events in Veracruz that week.
No face-height mirror in the bathroom, but you could shave sitting on the WC that is right in front the sink!
The host told us when we arrived that the microwave did not work. We stayed for a week.
When we asked for a towel mat to get out of the shower. We received a rag mop.
The kitchen pan, pot and rest of utensils were in bad shape.
