The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We even had the room at our disposal after checkout, which we appreciated very much. The room feels luxurious. The hotel is located in a quieter part of Somone, a bit away from most of the tourist-dense streets, but still very close to everything.
It was a bit hard to find the exact location of the hotel upon our arrival, since there is no sign with the hotel name written on it (yet). Calling the number provided on Booking helps however. :)
