Upstairs, you’ll find the master bedroom with balconies on both sides, ensuring a lovely outdoor spot to unwind at any time. The bathroom and separate toilet are conveniently located on either side of the kitchen.

The apartment is really cool and clean, just a little bit far from city center and beach (about 20min by feet).
There is a supermarket near the apartment but no other facilities just around.
People from Smilinghost are really nice and communication very smooth.

The property was in a quiet neighborhood, close to beach and shopping and grocery store. We liked the kitchenette. We bought fruit and eggs for 4 breakfasts. The fridge, and pot with a stovetop saved breakfast money. A short trip to the train station made it easy to head into Haarlem or Amsterdam…. The downside was the impossibly narrow and steep winding stairway to the loft with an open staircase (no balusters) …. There is no wc in the loft so a tricky steep decent in the dark is not safe. This is not safe for small children , nor seniors with mobility issues.
