Mooi uitzicht, ook vanaf het zwembad . Bij diverse eetgelegenheden in de buurt lekker gegeten. Winkels dichtbij. Je kan ook met de bus makkelijk naar andere delen van de stad. Als je van feesten houdt (wij niet) dan heb je je appartement gevonden, je loopt er zo naartoe. Eigenaar en schoonmaakster zijn erg vriendelijk.
De wind. Deze was zo krachtig dat de glazen pui in de woonkamer het idee gaf dat deze het niet aan kon. Ook beneden in de slaapkamer had het raam het moeilijk. We konden dus helaas niet slapen. Het complex ligt aan de rand van het deel van Santa Marta waar altijd iets te beleven valt, 24/7. Als je van rust houdt moet je hier niet zijn maar we kunnen ons voorstellen dat voor sommigen het mooie uitzicht veel goed maakt.
