Super villa with all facilities and a great host in Jakub

Fabulous location with an easy walk to local beaches, shops and restaurants. The pool area also has a covered seated area for outside dining together with an oven!

Crusher working next to villa ruined experience even that object was nice

Rooms spacious. Sauna was a nice addition. Whirpool had to heat whole afternoon and night to be usable next day. Pool is not heating, so at low season will be problematic to use.

Host didn't informed that there are heavy equipment works just next to villa. Heavy stone crusher was working for 10h a day making incredible noise and generating constant shocks. Local manager said that those works were and will be all the time.

Urozmaicone wyposażenie obiektu (chociaż niektóre w b. kiepskim stanie) .

Zły stan techniczny wielu udogodnień jak np. Stół do tenisa (połamane nogi), barierka na tarasie (mocno się chwiejąca), woda w basenie (brudna), spłuczki w toaletach (odpadające przyciski, poklejone klejem i rozpadające się), kapiąca woda spod boiliera w łazience na I-wszym piętrze itp. Brak należytych instrukcji do urządzeń (np. sauna uruchomiona na interwencję w drugim dniu pobytu z powodu braku instrukcji lub należytego wytłumaczenia zasad działania), w pierwszym dniu po przyjeździe w jednej łazience była zimna (brak informacji, że grzanie wody jest włączane dodatkowym przyciskiem). Nade wszystko totalny brud przenoszony przez wiatr z budowy na działce obok. Wszędzie obecne drobinki styropianu (basen, jacusi, taras, całe otoczenie domu, pokoje i całe mieszkanie (przy każdym wejściu/wyjściu styropian dostawał się do środka. Na stronie bookingu w opisie apartamentu brak jest informacji, że villa składa się z dwóch oddzielnych apartamentów, co wprowadza klienta w błąd (opis jest Villa z pięcioma sypialniami). Właściciel ani osoba zarządzająca ani razu nie pojawili się w obiekcie (mimo składania wielu zastrzeżeń, i prośby o spotkanie). Został wysłany na drugi dzień Pan, który wytłumaczył działanie sauny i pokazał jak włączyć ciepłą wodę.

Einfacher Check-In mit Code, tolle Terrasse mit Pool, Whirlpool und Grill, Sauna, Waschmaschine, voll ausgestattete Küche mit großem Kühlschrank, wunderschöne Dachterrasse, WLAN

Kein direkter Abgang vom Wohnbereich/Küche zur Terrasse (nur über Haustür erreichbar), Boden hätte sauberer sein können (waren mit krabbelndem Baby hier), Wäscheständer wär noch toll gewesen
