Amazing location-minute walk to the beach, at the edge of Waikiki so easy to travel around the island, zoo parking was usually fairly empty and cheap!
Windows need sound proofing-above a bar made for loud late nights.

The location is amazing. The view is amazing and that’s about it.
We are still here and suffering with no working AC. The AC is leaking and it stopped working on our 3rd night. (Too bad this all happened after we decided to extend for one more night, we could’ve just moved to a hotel next door with a working AC .) I sent Marbella multiple messages but we didn’t hear from them. The bed is very uncomfortable, the bath tub is very slippery (it needs a mat for safety purposes) The cleanliness of the room is not good at all.
