La ubicación es súper buena y está a todo el frente de la playa, la zona es muy tranquila. Gabriel es un excelente anfitrión y nos acompañó y guió súper bien

Un detalle con el baño y es que el desagüe se satura, por momentos no hay buen drenaje

My parents and I spend 4 great nights at Casa Akira even so. The property is very well placed in the calmest beach of Rincon del Mar. Very few people pass by and there is not major sound perturbation because there are not bars around. The beach and the sea are beautiful here, without talking about the sunsets! The house is really pretty and very open in front of the sea. You can sleep hearing the waves! It is also well equiped but the water might be limited because there is not aqueduct in Rincon. The people who take care of the house are really kind and available to help if there's any need.

Water and light might be unstable, but that seems common in Rincon del Mar (there is not aqueduct) The only inconvenience we had was the toilet, that did not work very well. I hope the owners can repair it quickly.
