Es ist sehr Nahe am Meer, viele Parkplätze vorhanden. Waschsalon, Einkaufsläden, Restaurants… alles in der unmittelbarer Nähe

L'appartement est très bien situé, proche des restaurants, des commerces et de la plage. Les parties communes de la résidence sont très propre et très calme. Cependant le balcon sur la rue est bruyant et il n'y a aucune vue mer contrairement à la description (de très loin à travers les arbres). Le parking privé existe bien mais il est peu rassurant. Il y à beaucoup de place dans la rue qui font très bien l'affaire.

L'emplacement est topissime ! Proche de la mer et des commerces. Pratique pour se garer et contact facile avec Thierry qui vous accueille très gentiment. Le propriétaire est accessible par téléphone même si non présent.
