A localização é excelente, pode andar pelo centro de Gramado sem usar carro. A visão do portão é a Rua Torta.
Se tivesse algo para reclamar seria somente a falta do café da manhã. Mas que para Gramado não faz tanta diferença porque geralmente se vai pra lá para visitar lugares, principalmente com degustações ou espaços de alimentação.

Aspecto do quarto: paredes arranhadas, toalhas muito finas e ao passar no corpo eram ásperas, banheiro com aparência muito feia. Ao chegar, solicitamos roupas de cama adicionais e foi dito que não precisaria. Passamos bastante frio uma noite p depois providenciar o edredom adicional. Sem ferro de passar roupas. Colchão de molas, muito barulhento dando a impressão de que cairia a qualquer momento. Íamos na pousada somente para dormir. A localização é ótima, merece melhorias no quarto que ficamos.
