About this house rental
Old stone sheepfold, restored with all comfort; located 25km south of Ajaccio, 3 km from Portigliolo beach, near the pretty village of Coti Chiavari .. Very beautiful panoramic view of the sea, exceptional site !!! absolute calm, surrounded by a large plot of one hectare of olive and pine trees.
On the ground floor: a living dining room with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped American kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with washing machine, a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs: a large bedroom (30m2) with 2 fixed beds + 2 extra single beds. Located 5 minutes from the beach, (3km), with sailing club, tennis nearby, diving and hiking trails.
MANDATORY ADDITIONAL HOUSEHOLD COSTS: 60 EUROS
SHEET POSSIBILITY: 20 EUROS per person

Un bon séjour dans une bergerie atypique avec une belle vue, en retrait dans le maquis. Bonne réactivité des propriétaires et bonne communication. Le confort de la bergerie est bon dans l'ensemble.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans une maison dont on sent qu'elle est utilisée par les propriétaires et pas seulement destinée à la location. Le site est superbe, calme et nous en avons profité avec un grand plaisir.

Emplacement de rêve, au calme avec une vue superbe, jardin entouré de maquis, mais à proximité de superbes plages et de commerces.
La bergerie est charmante, pleine de vie, avec tout le confort nécessaire pour se sentir chez soi. Mention spéciale pour la cheminée utilisée tous les soirs en cette saison, et pour la réserve de bois très appréciée.
Idéal avec enfants!
