La ubicación, en pleno centro y con restaurantes y tiendas cerca. Las vistas desde el apartamento son una maravilla. Se ve toda la playa de San José. Muy buen precio.
El apartamento está algo dejado. Estaba limpio y el baño está reformado, pero el mobiliario y la decoración son bastante antiguos y necesita pintura y arreglo de algunos desperfectos.

La ubicación excepcional.
El apartamento está justo encima de un restaurante, el cual tiene extractores toda la noche en marcha que dan a la habitación principal y no se puede dormir. La almohada de matrimonio era de una época pasada El salón no tenía cortinas, y puesto que tuve que dormir allí la segunda noche, tampoco se podía ni tapar la luz del balcón
