You can relax in a spacious 2-room apartment of about 50 sqm, located on the second floor. The living room is equipped with kitchenette (cooker with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker) and TV. A double bedroom, a small room with bunk and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. The villa beach sun was built during the reign of the last German Emperor and completely restored in 2009 and renovated. The apartment house is located in an ideal location only about 250 m from the beach in the district west of the beautiful seaside resort Kühlungsborn. Close to the center, but in a quiet location, the villa is in close proximity to the bakery, supermarket, restaurants, banks and shops. The Kollonaden, the Baltic Square as well as the Kunsthalle and the West Concert Garden, where regular events take place in the summer, are not far from the Villa Strandsonne. The downstairs is also a sauna with relaxation room, which is available for a fee of 8 EURO. The annex has an open but covered communal sitting area. The apartment has a parking space. You can park your bicycles in a lockable room. Have you always dreamed of cycling to the beach? Would you like to visit one of the numerous on-site events by bike? Or do you want to be a little sporty and make a discovery tour by bike on the well-developed cycle path network in the area?
