The Residenz Bismarck is a modern apartment villa built in 2006 in the Bismarckstraße only 100 meters from the beach and a short walk from the center of Ahlbeck. It is located in a quiet location (one-way street) in the immediate vicinity of old villas of the resort architecture. The apartment house offers guests many amenities: an elevator, an underground car park (up to 1.90m high), a bicycle storage behind the house and a private sauna with solarium for a fee.

The apartment 7 MARIS is a great three-room apartment for non-smokers over 80 m² with two terraces on the ground floor of the residence Bismarck. The terraces are furnished and you have your own beach chair here. The apartment has a separate complete kitchen, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, an additional bathroom with tub, a modern bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds and a large living room. The apartment is designed with real wood parquet, furnished to a high standard and decorated in maritime style.
