Ideally located for visiting Corse-du-Sud (sartene bonifacio needles bavella solenzara 6 km from Porto-Vecchio and beaches in the typical village very quiet Muratello 20 minutes from the Ospedale. Beautiful 9m x 4.25 swimming pool with Brazil stone surroundings where you can relax
Ground floor of 92 m2 on a fenced plot of 1000 m2 with shaded terrace of 32 m2 fully tiled allowing lunch in the shade and can be considered as living room overlooking the pool
Housing in excellent condition, very well equipped and fresh - two beautiful rooms very nicely decorated - bed 160 - two twin beds 90-bench bz 160 ds living room (bedding comfort) bathroom and separate toilet American kitchen with plate vitro dishwasher fridge and freezer dishwasher. Storage room with washing machine, vacuum cleaner etc. tumble dryer possibility at the owner - Barbecue on foot - sunbathing - two chairs - swing table tennis table Vacationers have full enjoyment of the garden .--- In the outdoor trade village with vegetables bread fuits log 150 m from the house
owners upstairs (a couple) discrete but very available and good advice because really concerned about the quality and success of your stay.

Removed from the bustle but 8 minutes drive from Géant Casino and Leclerc shopping centers
Since summer 2014 we have a casino located 5 minutes drive from the house. Now you can do your shopping online and collect when we got there.

The owner, Catherine, was kind and eager to communicate with us via text, and offered lots of nice suggestions. The property manager, Isabelle, was helpful. We were waiting a few minutes outside before we were able to get in, but this was cleared up quickly. The property was comfortable. The garden and mountain views were beautiful, and the garden was quite private. The pool was a nice amenity on hot days; however, we found the sea was actually warmer than the pool. Note that you will need to procure essentials at the grocery store like trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and toiletries. Overall a pleasant stay.

The property was ideal for handling the heat of the summer with a large shaded area we could sit outside both right by the house and also by the pool. The pool is larger than it looks in some of the photos and we used the Weber BBQ provided on a few of the nights we stayed.In the village there are two great options for eating out. The pizzeria being our favourite. The host (Catherine) was responsive on text and phone call and was flexible when we unexpectedly needed to extend our departure time. Her English is fine and she left us tea bags (thank you!) and some delicious Corsican Marmalade like jam made from Clementines.Full AC in the bedrooms meant the nights were comfortable and the shade meant the main room of the house was never too hot.

Tres bonne expérience, location tout confort il ne manquait rien. Nous etions très proche de porto vecchio pour les courses . Nous avons apprecié le calme .merci pour votre accueil.

Appartement confortable et bien décoré, situé dans un grand jardin. Terrasse ombragée et fleurie, appréciée, où l'intimité est préservée des voisins par une belle palissade en bois.
