Luxurious and spacious guest house (over 90 m2) with two privates garden. Fully renovated in 2017. Located in a pavilion area. Perfect place to host: couples of friends, families with or without children, woman or businessman, professional stay.
My rental is fully equipped, close to a supermarket and bakery if you want to shop food.
The train station is 5 minutes by bus. Also a very nice pedestrian walk all the way to train station.
It is very easy to get to central Paris by train as well as Disneyland. It is also great to spend a day at val D 'Europe (1 stop before Disneyland) - here there is a very big shopping mall and the Marne la Vallee vilage chic outlet, also many restaurants.

Salah went over and above to welcome us. He promptly answered messages, and even picked us up from the train station. We asked about a place to eat and he found a restaurant for us to eat at, it was late so he had to drive around to a few. The next morning, he came back to the house to help set us up for our stay in Paris. He drove us to the train station and helped us purchase train/bus passes and printed the photo for our cards the night before. Then when it was time to leave he came and drove us to the train station again. The house was stocked with things for breakfast, coffee/tea, bottled water, juice, milk and dishwasher and laundry soap. The house was very comfortable for four adults, we had plenty of space. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Host was amazing. Picked us up from the train station and dropped us off. Showed us how to get around and convenience store. Nothing was too much trouble. Fully stocked fridge.. Having space with 3 adults and a teenager was great and a full kitchen. Laundry facilities were also great

Fab stay- host was superb and very accommodating with letting us check out later for late flight!! Noisiel is nice place with lovely park and close to Disney and Paris by train. Accommodation met our needs and supermarkets and bakers very near.

We stayed here to visit Paris and Euro Disney . The house is good situated to visit both places. Its a safe area and Salah did everything to make our stay pleasant. He helped us with buying public transportcard and showed us arround. The house itself was big enough to stay with 5 persons. Public transport is near by (busstop 5 min walk). In 30 min you are in Paris and 20 min in Disney. Supermarket is close to the house and nice good restaurant Delarte you can eat great. We had a perfect time. Thank you Salah.

Excellent Host

Salah was amazing. From the start, he was a wonderful host. He gave us rides to the supermarket and bus/train station (when he didn’t have to). He made sure our kids didn’t have to walk in the rain and drove us to the station. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The location is not bad at all. It is close to the bus station and train station. Chicken Times is a great restaurant about a 7-minute walk from the house. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. We have stayed in different holiday rentals, but Salah made our trip much better. Highly recommended!

The perfect host!

Salah and his wife go above and beyond to make their guests feel welcome, and even provided treats, breakfast cereals, juice, milk, bread, and bottled water etc! The house is on a small housing estate, about 15-20 min drive from Disney. Some of the properties look a little run down on the outside, but the location is very peaceful and feels safe. The beds are super comfortable, and we slept so well. The house had almost everything we needed. The only minor issues, and they definitely would not stop us booking again - Some small hand towels would have been useful for the bathroom. I hadn’t appreciated that there isn’t a toilet upstairs, not particularly a problem unless you need to get up frequently, but the stairs are really creaky, so again if you’re a very light sleeper, or need frequent loo trips in the night, this may not be the house for you. Other than that, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the property, and the lovely host.

An ideal property for a family stay exploring Paris, we were greated at the station by Salah and given local hints and tips. Plus welcome package of breakfast goodies and washing up liquid etc set a great foundation to our time away. Nearby parkland lovely for end of day stroll too.

I really enjoy being staying in this property. The house is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. I have to point out, the positive attitude that the owner had: he would be on permanent availability on the phone or in person every time I needed something. He was a real nice host. But I would suggest to the future clients, that as the house is located in a very residential area, to rent a car for their stay, as all commerce and tourist visits are not close by. If you need to work or stay for a quiet vacation, this house is perfect.

A wonderful host and great place!

I have stayed in many holidays rentals and this by far had the best host in Salah. Due to the strikes in Paris, Salah went above and beyond what any host would do, he not only welcomed us, he dropped us off and collected us at train station and Disneyland during the week, nothing was too much trouble. He was kind and generous with his time and I am so glad we picked this property, it was great for a family of 2 grand parents, 2 parents and 3 children. It's 15 mins walk to train station with bakery and shop a 2 min walk away. It's really handy for Disney land with a 15 train journey and a 25 min train journey to Paris. Overall a wonderful stay made so by a great host. I wish you all the best Salah, thanks for being a great host!

Wir sind als Familie mit 2 Kindern und einer Freundin gereist, um Paris und das Disneyland zu erkunden. Bei Ankunft erwartet einen ein lebensfroher und mega hilfsbereiter Vermieter, der alles gibt um einem den Besuch so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Sein Angebot, er sei 24 erreichbar und würde umgehend zur Verfügung stehen, haben wir nicht in Anspruch genommen :-) Nach dem Ankommen hat er uns in sein Auto geladen und auf einer kleinen Dorfsightseeingtour die Ortsansässigen Restaurants, Geschäfte und den Weg zur Bahn / Bus gezeitigt. Weitere Hilfe brauchten wir dann nicht, da ich den Französischen mächtig und damit in der Lage bin mich durchzufragen. Alles in allem ein toller Aufenthalt und für französische Verhältnisse eine sehr schöne Unterkunft. Preis-Leistung passt und wir kommen wieder, wenn sich die Situation ergibt.

Diese Unterkunft liegt im ruhigen und grünen Noisiel zwischen Paris und Disneyland und ist sehr empfehlenswert. Salah ist ein ausgesprochen herzlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der einem das Ankommen leicht macht. Er hat uns gleich am Anfang alles sehr gut erklärt, wie wir uns versorgen und welche Busse und Bahnen wir nutzen können.

We had a very nice stay at this home. From this home you can easy visit Paris and Disneyland by Train. The owner of the house was very helpful to show us where to go for the bus and railwaystation. He also advised us to buy a card for one week, which u can use to travel to all the zone’s in Paris, for bus, metro and Train. We had a very nice stay. Nearby there is very nice supermarket with a bakery. The house was good enough for me and my wife and two childeren 13 and 16 years old.

Avant tout merci Salah pour votre accueil personnalisé si chaleureux, votre disponibilité et votre professionnalisme ! Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié votre maison, tout équipée jusque dans les moindre détails, décorée avec goût et grand soin (ce n'est pas précisé mais le linge de lit de toilette et torchons sont parfaitement repassés, pliés et neufs ! en matières de qualité et très confortables ! ) L'électroménager performant (c'est très important quand on doit se faire à manger ailleurs que chez soi !) Malheureusement la météo ne sous a pas permis de profiter du jardin, mais le quartier est extrêmement calme et très agréable ! mais chut je ne devrais pas en dire autant pour me garder l'adresse pour moi ! Avis à tous ceux qui liront cette annonce : vous passerez un excellent séjour !

Nous avons séjourné à Noisiel pour le week-end, nous avons été très bien reçu avec pleins de délicates attentions et un propriétaire exceptionnel qui vous met à l’aise et très disponible. Notre séjour a vraiment été très agréable. La maison est très bien équipée et très bien située dans une copropriété très calme. A notre arrivée nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par les propriétaires. Ils ont été aux petits soins avec nous. Le gite contient tout le nécessaire : draps, serviettes, torchons, liquide vaisselle, gel douche, de quoi prendre des petits déjeuners copieux... un grand merci ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
