About this house rental

Yvonne and Philippe will be happy to provide you with all year round, on a fully fenced plot, this semi-detached gite of their house, consisting of a new air-conditioned house, of 60m2 all comfort, tastefully decorated, adjoining the pool house of the heated swimming pool (8x4), covered with a shelter allowing swimming from May 1 to October 30.
Located in a pretty subdivision on the edge of the village but in no way isolated a few steps from shops and services, on the foothills of Mont Ventoux, with the legendary slopes of the Tour de France, a paradise for cyclists.
At the start of long hiking and mountain biking trails and a few kms away. Avignon, Vaison la Romaine, Carpentras, Nyons, Beaume de Venise, Sault and lavender, Gordes and Luberon, Saint Rémy and the Alpilles, also close to Nimes, Arles and the Camargue 150 km from the beaches , but also at the heart of the region of major festivals.
In a peaceful environment of vineyards, cherry trees, olive trees
come and taste the flavors of Provence.
So why resist longer?

Great gite with loads of facilities, everything you could need. Peaceful gardens, terrace and pool area. Owners were easy to communicate with and friendly. Far enough from town to be quiet and relaxing but close enough to walk to the market and dinner.

Friendly welcome. Perfect location for cycling up Ventoux and walking and cycling surrounding areas. Easy walk into town. Property ideal for 2 adults or 2 plus 2 small children as bunk beds are in the one bedroom although there is a sofa bed in the lounge Great outside space and pool with plenty of loungers and space in the shade if you need it. A great holiday.

My husband and I and our 3 children, aged 4, 7 and 9 have just enjoyed a lovely break at this Gite near the centre of Bedoin. The Gite itself is well maintained, clean and fully equipped for your everyday needs. It is fully air conditioned which makes it very comfortable when temperatures are reaching 37 degrees outside! Our children spent every day in the spotless pool and the gas bbq and terraced area outside was great for evening meals that we didn't feel the need to venture out to town even though the town of Bedoin itself has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. Bedoin itself is roughly a mile away and is a lovely town with a great market held on a Monday. A lot of cyclists head here to ride up Mont Ventoux but you do not have to be a keen cyclist to enjoy the magnificent views as it is also a great drive! I also have to thank Phillipe and Yvonne for being so accommodating. This holiday was originally booked for August 2020 but covid had plans and subsequently Philippe not only allowed us to postpone in 2020 but also 2021 when there were still travel restrictions in place. We are so glad we did postpone otherwise we would have missed out on this great break away.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had found a gem. We received a warm welcome from Philippe & Yvonne, who were incredibly helpful, but also very discreet during our stay. The villa itself is beautifully furnished & equipped with everything we needed. Stepping from the villa to the outdoor living room & enjoying the pool was an absolute delight. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Would highly recommend & would definitely return.

Lovely gite, superbly laid out and maintained pool and poolside. The Gite is perfect for a family. It can sleep 6 but the bunk beds are in the upstairs room with the double bed so some adjustment may be required with older kids or adults perhaps using the excellent sofa bed downstairs.

Une propriété exceptionnelle, dans un cartier calme au pied du Ventoux et proche du centre ville . La maison est prévue pour 6 personnes mais comprend deux chambres et convient plus pour 4 adultes . Les propriétaires sont très discrets et très disponibles . Un petit coins de paradis . Je recommande vivement . Ps : Petit point négatif : le wifi qui reste très faible .

Nous avons séjourné dans ce logement pour participer au trail du Ventoux. Le logement est situé à moins d'1 kilomètre du centre de Bédoin à pied, il est parfaitement équipé et l'accueil de Philippe est chaleureux. Les + : le parking fermé, le sauna et la piscine. Un bon dépaysement au pied du Ventoux.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Jolie maison bien conçue et avec tout le nécessaire. Gîte bien situé, ce qui permet de faire des excursions le matin (Mont Ventoux, Vaison la Romaine etc) et de profiter de la piscine l'après-midi. Propriétaires discrets, disponibles et sympathiques. Nos enfants de 2 et 4 ans ont trouvé de nouveaux copains auprès de leurs petits-enfants !

We stayed for two weeks in this Gite. Really loved it. Spacious enough for family of four w/kids. Nice and really quiet location, kids loved the swimming pool. About 900 meters from Bedoin village on a quiet road, Bedoin at walkable distance and easy access to Bedoin and surroundings for day trips. Great owners.

Juli 2018 3 personen. Mooi huis van alle gemakken voorzien. Er waren zelfs wasmiddel en vaatwasblokjes aanwezig. Voldoende glaswerk en borden enz. Zelfs een tosti apparaat, mixer, broodrooster en keukenmachine. Airco in woonkamer en slaapkamer. 1 slaapkamer met 2 pers bed (140 x 200) en een stapelbed. Matras was niet zo heel fijn. je voelde de veren. In de kast op de gang lagen 2 dekbedden. Deze heb ik op de matrassen gelegd zodat je de veren niet meer zo voelde. Dan was het goed te doen. Heerlijk zwembad die je evt moet delen met de eigenaar. Meneer nam elke dag even een plons nadat hij klaar was met het werk in tuin. En 1 dag was er familie op bezoek die er ook in zwommen. Maar daarna gingen ze weer naar jun eigen huis dus bleven niet in de tuin aanwezig. Geen last van elkaar gehad. Er staat ook een kist met speelgoed voor in het zwembad. Erg leuk. Ook is er nog een aparte douche en toilet bij het zwembad aanwezig. Absoluut een aanrader.

De woning was mooi heel complete maar alleen geschikt voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen zo gezien de slaap kamer. Tweepersoonsbed en een stapelbed in de zelfde kamer. De eigenaar zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
