Less than 50 m from the Diamant beach and Anse Caffard beach, the villa La Caïmite is the ideal place for a good holiday.
The Caribbean architecture villa built on two levels is completely modern in its layout.
On the ground floor it consists of a fully equipped kitchen which opens onto a living room which gives access to a terrace of around 50 m², a bedroom with adjoining Italian shower room and a separate wc;
On the upper level two bedrooms with views of the sea, the Rocher du Diamant, the Morne Larcher and the Mémorial du Cap 110.
Behind, a swimming pool of 2.50 m by 4.50 m completely protected and not overlooked will allow you to relax in peace.

Il ne manque rien dans cette maison très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. La literie est très confortable.
Maison, jardin et piscine sont très propres et bien entretenus.
Idéalement située, accès plage, calme et proche de tout.
Propriétaires accueillants et arrangeants.
Je recommande vivement cette location.

Un logement ouvert sur la nature, une maison bien aérée avec toutes les commodités, une terrasse, un jardin et une piscine pour bronzer ou se détendre. C’était magnifique !
Location idéalement placée (plage, randonnée, bourg). On reviendra !
