Lorgues is located 40 kms from Saint-Tropez, Sainte-Maxime and 35 minutes from Verdon.
Pretty individual house of character of 75 m2, very calm any comfort, 1km of a lively city center.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Parking on the ground (several cars possible)
Garden of 1200 m 2 fully fenced, planted with cypress, olive and fig trees ... ...
Fully equipped kitchen, two living rooms, dining room.
2 large bedrooms: First air-conditioned with TV including: 1 bed 160 x 2 m (new and comfortable bedding).
Second comprising: a 1 bed 160 x 2 m (new and comfortable bedding) and a bunk bed with new bedding and comfortable also (0.90 x 1, 90 m)
Baby: bed, changing mat, recliner, bath, high chair.
1 bathroom with large Italian shower (0. 90 x 1. 70)
1 WC
Large terrace without vis-à-vis southern exposure of 45 m 2 with large garden table, deck chairs, parasol, barbecue (comply with current regulations at the time of rental), inflatable pool children.
Facilities: Air conditioning, ground floor and master bedroom, Fans, washing machine, dryer, fridge-freezer, oven, iron with table,
Microwave oven, dishwasher, two televisions, hi-fi system, bose Soundlink mini II bluetooth.
Municipal pool about 1 km.
TGV The Arc Draguignan 13 Km. Possibility of travel in TER: St Raphael (18 minutes), Cannes, Antibes, Nice etc. ...
The house is not configured for people with reduced mobility.
It is forbidden to smoke in the house. (Nevertheless you must take all the necessary precautions outside because of the fires)
Pets accepted under certain conditions (To do with the owner)
Possibility rental of linen and sheets. Beds made on request.
Deposit: 2 deposit checks will be requested upon arrival. One of 300 € covering the degradations,
the other 50 € for the household.
They will be fully or partially returned upon departure, after inventory.
The lease is conditional on the signing of a contract that contracts our respective commitments and the payment of a cash deposit.
Additional photos and proof of ownership possible on request and under certain conditions.
For your safety know that this house is also available for rent on other sites with identical telephone numbers. (List on request). It is also declared for rent in the town hall and tourist office of Lorgues.
