About this house rental
Rental of a NON SMOKING house for 5 people, with 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, terrace with blind, bathroom, separate WC, and free WiFi. Above ground pool. Possibility of boat trips at sea with the owner.
Located at the exit of Lesparre-Médoc, between estuary and ocean, you will enjoy the relaxing environment of the green setting of our rental. You will appreciate the advantages of nature, but also the proximity of small shops 200 meters away for last-minute purchases. Large supermarkets and shops in the city center are located less than 2 km away.
You will have at your leisure enough space to let your children frolic safely, and park your vehicle (fenced property, automatic gate permanently closed, remote control).
In season, you will enjoy fruits and vegetables from our garden guaranteed without any treatment, at friendly prices, subject to availability

BOAT / FISHING:
We can also offer you sea trips aboard our boat at friendly prices, depending on the weather, tide times and the captain's availability (it's me):
- Visit the Lighthouse of Cordouan, located 10 km off the Verdon-Sur-Mer, picnic aboard the boat "at the foot of the Lighthouse"
- Shore fishing, sea fishing
- Swimming in unusual places
- Towed buoys
