House with garden and terrace facing south in a quiet residence with private parking. The garden is enclosed by wooden fences height 1. 80. You have a terrace, with table and chairs and 2 sun loungers, Parasol.

The house of 65m2 consists of a ground floor with entrance, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and separate toilet and a floor with two bright bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and a toilet.
Living room: dining area with large table and sitting area with sofa. Big screen TV.
The kitchen open to the living room is fitted and equipped: 4 burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, and Nespresso, toaster, electric kettle, steamer, blender . A bedroom with a bed of 160X200, wardrobe and storage, the other room with three beds 90X190 including a convertible bed in adult bed. Staircase steps without counter-step. I do not supply linen. Possibility of renting linen on Carnac that you will find on the internet.
