About this apartment rental
Located in a small secure tourist residence, 20 meters from the beach of Petit-Havre in Le Gosier, in a calm and flowery environment, the Manin apartment of the Residence "BLEU MARINE" on the ground floor, includes: an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed, sheets and towels provided), bathroom (large Italian shower) / WC, a living room with a real convertible sofa bed and a fan / fogger, TV (satellite channels), DVD player, free broadband WIFI. Equipped kitchen area: fridge / freezer, microwave-grill oven, Senseo coffee machine. A common washing machine (5 € / detergent). Sheets + cradle, high chair and baby bath provided. Swimming pool, Barbecue, Parking.
Daniella will ask you to pay 30 euros for cleaning at the end of your stay.
Accommodation is free for children under 3 years old. Beyond that, it will be invoiced at 10 euros per person per night.
Three beaches in the immediate vicinity of the Bleu Marine residence can be reached on foot.
The nearest is frequented by a few fishermen to whom it is possible to buy fresh fish, or even lobsters when the fishing was good!
You will find an 8m x 4m swimming pool, surrounded by deckchairs, nestled in a tropical garden composed of various plants, flowers and trees typical of Guadeloupe.
There is also an indoor common area with bamboo tables and chairs, and a bar for entertaining friends or getting to know other residents. A gas barbecue awaits you to grill some fresh fish and other chickens. Books are also available in this part of the residence.
The residence is located:
• 20 meters from the “Chez Doudou” and “Chez Manu” lolos and the telephone booth under the coconut trees,
• 50 meters from the small fishing port,
• 50 meters from the beach,
• 50 meters from the surf spot,
• very close to the start of the health trail, with its toilets and freshwater shower.
And, the bravest, in short strides, at the top of the hill leading to Petit-Havre, will find a mailbox, a small "Chez Rosa" food store and a bus stop.

- a Carrefour with its Shopping Mall in Destreland (route de Basse Terre).
For gifts and souvenirs from Guadeloupe, stop by the Shops at the Artisan Village at the entrance to Sainte Anne and taste the country juices at the Authentic bar.

ProsPriced reasonably - good value. Outside terrace was spacious. Pool was clean and private. Closeness to beaches on east side of island Welcome from the manager. A/C was goodGood wifiClean ConsPlage de Petit Havre is a very popular beach for families and surfers. Parking was a nightmare every day. If you left the residence during the day, you could not plan to come back until a least 5:00 pm or you would not find a place to park.The apartment needs some TLC and maintenance. The pictures in the listing were from a better time for this condo. Tape peeling off the fridge, fan on the terrace had a badly bent blade - I was able to straighten it out enough to use it. The kitchen was fairly well stocked but needed some utensils - no wine glasses, no egg flipper

Nice location close to the beach and swimming pool. Clean with good hot water and pressure. Parking was hard to get before 5pm because of the beach goers. One of our priorities was a place with a washer. It was listed as having one, but there was not. If you wanted anything washed, do it yourself in the sink, or ask the caretaker, if you could find her, and she would do it for 5 EU. No dish washing liquid, paper towels, hand soap, or extra trash bags. Only one partial roll of toilet paper. Liquid soap dispensers out. A little disappointed over those things.

Localisation Très pratique avec des enfants en bas âge : accès direct plage familiale. Rando possibles au départ de cette zone. Plage kitesurf juste après. Restaurant midi ouvert pratique également. Appartement propre, bonne literie, y compris le canapé lit.
Piscine à côté, bien entretenue.
Beaucoup de monde le week-end et les fins de journée pour se garer mais en anticipant on s’en est toujours sorti! Pas déçu de l’appartement et sa localisation.
