Chalet near the fairy bridge, ideal for walkers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and fishing, located 5 km from the Gérardmer ski slopes, 3 km from Gérardmer lake, 2 km from downtown, 3 km from Lac de Xomrupt.

We stayed at your property for 5 days. On the 5th day the water was turned off by the city. Unfortunately. However the air conditioning went offline on the afternoon of that day. The building maintenance person was unable to fix it. We slept in the Miami heat. We contacted Stay Sol and was promised that their “personal house man” would address the issue the next day. Too late for us. Now Stay Sol is not communicating. We tried calling many times to no avail. We consider Stay Sol customer service to be poor. We do NOT recommend staying at their property.

Overall we were very hapy. The place was clean but the carpets were pretty disgusting. The condo is well equipped and spacious. Beds were comfortable and the view from the lanaei was stunning! The place could use some upgrading but for us it was perfect as we weren’t there very much.

Cette location est une belle surprise. Située dans un quartier calme à l'entrée de Gerardmer, elle propose un équipement très complet, presque identique à la maison. Les photos ne sont pas trompeuses, l'intérieur est de charme, propre et il a fait bon y vivre : on y trouve même des vélos et des boules de pétanque avec terrain ! Cela nous a permis de passer un séjour fort agréable et je ne doute pas que cette propriété connaisse encore de nombreux locataires !! Encore merci pour cette belle maison!

De woning is niet heel ruim maar goed uitgerust met allerlei huisraad. (Fondue, wafelijzer, allerlei keukenapparaten, spelletjes, fietsen, etc...) De ligging is gunstig t.o. zowel centrum als bos.

Bon séjour. Chalet proche de la cascade du Pont des Fées pour de belles ballades. L'intérieur du chalet est cosy. On s'y sent bien. Petit point négatif: les matelas des 2 grands lits qui seraient à changer. Mais cela ne nous a absolument pas gâché notre séjour en famille. Je recommanderais.

Das Haus selbst war für 3 Personen schön geräumig und funktional eingerichtet. Leider waren die Treppen für meine etwas gehbehinderte Freundin und den Hund sehr steil und glatt . Auch hat das Haus sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen und war doch sehr abgewohnt. Die Verwalterin war gewöhnungsbedürftig und ging bei der Endabnahme wie ein Feldwebel durchs Haus und hat ihren Unmut gezeigt weil wir einiges an Geschirr falsch eingeräumt hatten. Trotzdem war der Urlaub sehr schön, das Wetter hat mitgespielt und wir konnten eine BONBON Fabrik und eine Käserei besichtigen. Die Stadt Geradmer und die Umgebung sind sehenswert und man kann vieles unternehmen. Jedoch sollte man, als Deutscher, über französisch Kenntnisse verfügen, meine beiden Begleiter wären ohne mich, die etwas Französisch spricht, aufgeschmissen gewesen, da man da anscheinend etwas gegen Deutsche hat, auch Englisch ist keine Hilfe. Wenn man im See schwimmen möchte , unbedingt an Badeschuhe denken, da überall Felsen. Wenn man Kinder hat lohnt sich die kurze Fahrt (ist nicht weiter ) zum Lac Longemer, ist eindeutig der schönere See. Dort ist ein flacher Strand und keine Felsen, die Preise sind auch nicht so abgehoben wie in Geradmer.

Chalet, lotissement très calme, tout confort idéal pour vacances ou weekend, spacieux avec une grande pièce à vivre, deux toilettes une belle salle d'eau, trois chambres, un grand garage avec congélateur, machine à laver, ... Il ne manque rien : une cheminée au top qui diffuse la chaleur jusqu'a l'étage, des jeux pour enfants et pour les plus grands, tous les appareils électroménagers comme à la maison ( crèpière, appareil à fondue, à raclette, presse agrumes, grille pain,...). lits confortables. Terrasse appréciable. abris pour voiture, ... Aux alentours ski, luge et bouée sur neige, visite d'un élevage de lamas, une chevrerie, promenades dépaysante... Bref, nous n'avons manqué de rien pendant nos séjours et ce ne sera pas les derniers, ça c'est sûr !!!
